  1. Pre-Development: Refund requests are considered only if development or post-sales operations have not commenced.
  2. Resolution Impossibility: Refunds are granted only if issues cannot be rectified or resolved.
  3. Adherence to Payment Terms: No violation of payment terms should have occurred.
  4. No Misuse of Information: Information gained during our association should not be used for monetary or business benefits.
  5. Valid Reasons: The reasons for requesting a refund must be valid, rational, and realistic.
  6. Proof of Claim: All necessary proofs and evidence supporting the refund claim must be presented.
  7. No Billing Disputes: Claims should not stem from billing disputes with banks or payment vendors.

Important Note: Any violation of the above conditions will invalidate the refund claim. The refund decision is final and irrevocable.

Refund Process

  1. Pre-Refund:
    • Evaluate and verify the refund query.
    • Match the query against valid parameters and reference points.
    • Arrange for a refund if conditions are met, either fully or partially.
  2. Post-Refund:
    • Sign a proof agreement.
    • Destroy all copies of shared information and communications unless instructed otherwise.
  3. Transaction:
    • Refunds may take 15-30 business days to process after signing the refund agreement.
    • Refunds will be issued in the currency originally charged. Note that your bank may apply exchange fees or the exchange rate may change, affecting the amount refunded. Any fees or losses are your responsibility.
